MS Data Agency collects expressions of interest in freelance Sports Reporter / Data Journalist work. This notice describes the private test website. The legal identity and information listed below remain to be confirmed.

We collect your name, email, country, city, English level and sports interests; optional competition, venue distance, availability, other languages and experience/message; submission time, consent language/version/time, recruitment status and correspondence. Technical security identifiers and limited campaign/source labels may also be recorded. Do not provide identity documents, financial information or sensitive personal data.

The information is used to organise applications, assess suitability and explain the next external step. A dedicated privacy contact, the process for handling rights requests, the legal basis for each purpose and retention criteria require confirmation before public launch. Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary hosting/database processors (Netlify and Supabase). This form does not register you with, or automatically forward your details to, RTS or Sportradar. You initiate the next external step. The recipient company applies its own privacy notice. Any future sharing by MS Data Agency requires a defined basis, notice and approved process.

This private test environment uses fictitious applications. Email delivery and automatic retention actions are disabled. The processor details, international transfers and final legal information require review before public launch.

No automated hiring decision is made by this system. Responses are prepared using configured rules and reviewed by a person. Submission does not guarantee selection.
